Chelsea has a gentle, approachable, and compassionate presence that allows her to create meaningful bonds with her clients. She is passionate about supporting clients that have experienced life altering traumas. Her carefree and humanistic approach makes it easy for her to connect to adults, as well as youth. She approaches therapy through a foundation of person-centered counselling and somatic healing through the body. She believes that there are countless meaningful ways that we can heal as individuals, families, and communities. Individual therapy is just one of many ways that can be helpful for people to feel connected to our authentic selves and find solace amidst our pain.
