Our Services

Individual Psychotherapy

Our team has a wide range of experience and expertise that supports therapy with an additionally wide range of presenting concerns. We offer specialized services for those experiencing PTSD, C-PTSD, trauma impacts, dissociation, general mental health concerns, addictions struggles, relationship issues, and grief.

All therapists use a somatic-based, attachment-led, spiritually informed, and trauma specialized approach. Somatic Therapies integrate movement and mindfulness to allow a more comprehensive integration of healing than typical talk therapies. Integrating spiritual methodologies into psychotherapy further supports the power and strength needed for long lasting change and integration.

Group Psychotherapy

Community and shared experiences are an innately healing and historically common practice for people to overcome difficult experiences. Group therapy has been a passion of mine since 2010 when I started learning and exploring the healing power of groups in my undergraduate degree. We offer groups intermittently and per need.

Feel free to suggest any groups that might interest you!

Psychological Assessment

Formal psychological assessment is a service that better helps clients understand their mental health and direction for therapeutic treatment. This service includes an initial psychological interview to support understanding your bio/psycho/social history and presenting concerns, followed by various psychological measures that can be filled out in office or virtually at home, and then a follow up meeting. The follow up meeting will be where your Psychologist will provide you with a 10+ page report that details your mental health status, personality characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, coping capacity, diagnoses, if warranted, and treatment recommendations.

With a trauma specialization, we are able to offer psychological assessments that cater to trauma impacts, which can include diagnostic categories like PTSD, C-PTSD, and Dissociative Disorders.

Motor Vehicle Accidents are often a trauma that require a psychological assessment to support your insurance claim.

Therapeutic Workshops

Increasing community awareness around important topics and issues is a foundational aspect of creating wellness within our communities. We are passionate about providing opportunities for people to learn and grow, particularly within the helping field.

Our trauma expertise allows us to support agencies in learning about how to provide trauma-informed care and create policies and procedures that support trauma-informed care. Learning how trauma impacts our clients and our work places is the first step to creating an environment that supports feeling safe and secure.

Part of creating a healthy work environment also means understanding and mitigating the risks of burnout. We want to support organizations in supporting their staff towards health and wellness.
